       The inner and outer rings of single row deep groove ball bearings have deep groove raceways. The deep groove raceways and the excellent closeness between the raceways and the steel balls enable this type of bearing to withstand radial loads while It can also withstand certain bidirectional axial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing is appropriately increased, the ability to withstand axial loads can be increased, and sometimes it can be used to replace high-speed angular contact ball bearings.

    Deep groove ball bearings have a variety of structural types. In addition to general open bearings, we can also provide customers with closed bearings with dust covers on one side, dust covers on both sides, sealing rings on one side and sealing rings on both sides. structure, and contact or non-contact (low friction) sealed ring bearings. Sealing rings are divided into contact type and non-contact type (low friction) according to the contact form. Bearings with double-sided seal rings have been filled with grease before leaving the factory. The grease filling amount is generally 25% to 35% of the effective space in the bearing. If the customer has special requirements, other types of grease can be filled or the filling amount can be adjusted. . When installing bearings with seal rings on both sides, do not clean or heat (cannot use oil heating) above 80°C. Otherwise, the bearing may be easily damaged or the grease will deteriorate and be lost. Bearings with seals can maintain proper working performance within the ambient temperature range of –30°C to +100°C.

Excessive axial load may significantly reduce bearing life.

        Larger minor loads may be required when bearings are started at low temperatures or when the lubricant viscosity is high. Often, the weight of the bearing support itself plus the load on the bearing exceeds the required minimum load. If the minimum load has not been reached, the bearing must be subjected to additional radial load to meet the minimum load requirement. In the application of deep groove ball bearings, axial preload can generally be applied by adjusting the axial relative position of the inner and outer rings or using springs.
